Powers of the Executive Committee
- The Executive Committee shall in no case be entitled to create or incur liabilities exceeding the amount of the balance in hand with the Treasurer.
- All the concerns of the club shall be managed by the Executive Committee which shall have the power of appointing and dismissing club servants of making by-laws and for transacting any other business of the club.
- Raja Raghbir Singh Club shall be bound by the terms of a lease on which the land is granted by the Govt. The Executive Committee is authorized to settle the terms of the above-said lease with the Govt.
- The general house empowered the Executive Committee to take an appropriate as when required for the improvement of the club which is to be passed in the executive committee and next general house.
